Magic Garden Sibiu processes the data you send through this website, mainly through the reservation form. We have no online shop, customer accounts or email marketing campaigns.

Data we collect
Through the form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), type of experience, date, number of guests and message. You send these voluntarily. Without a name and email we cannot answer the enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to reply and, where relevant, to confirm a table. The basis is the need to handle a request before a booking, together with the consent checkbox on the form. We do not use the data for newsletters, offers or profiling.
Recipients
The data reaches us by email, on the hosting server. We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising. The hosting provider and the mail-sending service may see it technically so the site and messages can work. If you open WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or the Google map, those services apply their own rules.
Retention
We keep reservation correspondence for up to 12 months, then delete it, unless the law or a dispute requires a longer period.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is sent encrypted to the server, then to our email address.
Analytics and map
Google Analytics 4 runs only if you accept optional cookies and a measurement ID is configured. On the reservations page, the Google Maps embed may load Google resources. Details are in the cookie policy (/en/cookies/).
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability of the data you sent us, and withdrawal of consent for optional cookies. Withdrawal does not undo processing already done. You may lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP.
