About us

Magic Garden Sibiu is a tea room and botanical garden in Sibiu, at Str. Nicolae Bălcescu nr. 9. The site presents the venue, menu and opening hours and lets you send a reservation enquiry. It is not an online shop: there is no shopping cart, customer account or payment on the site.

Changes

We may update these terms, the menu, prices, hours and other information at any time. The version published on the site applies from the moment it is shown. Enquiries already sent are handled under the rules in force when they were submitted, until we confirm in writing. Content may be incomplete or in the process of being updated.

Definitions

“Site” means the MagicGardenSibiu.ro domain and its pages. “Visitor” is anyone who accesses the Site. “Enquiry” is a message sent through the form, email or phone asking for a table or experience. A “Confirmed booking” exists only after our written acceptance. “Services” are High Tea, teas, coffee and the other experiences presented. “Content” includes texts, photographs, logos, the menu and messages we send you. “Document” means these terms.

Enquiries

You may send an Enquiry through the form, to contact@magicgardensibiu.ro or to +40 749 627 788. Sending it is not a confirmed booking and does not oblige us to hold a table. Form details must be accurate. You agree that we may contact you by email or phone to clarify the date, time, party size and type of experience. If essential information is missing, we may ask you to complete it or close the Enquiry.

Booking confirmation

An arrangement for a table or ritual arises only when we confirm in writing (usually by email) the date, time, number of guests and other conditions. Until then, availability may change. We may refuse or propose another time for justified reasons, including capacity, opening hours or conduct. Any contract, if concluded, is in Romanian. An Enquiry is not a distance contract for the sale of goods.

Changes and cancellation

Until confirmation you may change or withdraw an Enquiry by writing or calling us, without penalties. After confirmation, changes and cancellations follow the conditions given with the acceptance (including any deposit or deadlines). The site does not take payments; any settlement is made at the venue or under a separately confirmed arrangement.

Menu, prices and images

The menu, photographs, hours and prices are for presentation. They may differ from what is offered on the day, depending on season and availability. When we show prices they are in lei (RON) and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT. Call or internet costs for contacting us are yours, according to your provider.

Intellectual property

Site Content (logo, photographs, texts, menu, graphic elements) belongs to Magic Garden Sibiu or to partners who made it available to us. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or reuse Content outside the Site without our written consent, except for reasonable personal use that does not conflict with this Document.

Liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Site is uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the Site, from third-party content (for example Google Maps or analytics, if accepted) or from differences between photographs and the real setting. For allergies and dietary needs, contact us before your visit. Liability for service at the table is determined at the venue, in accordance with the law.

Governing law
